The company had been using their existing system for some time but were experiencing difficulties with supplier scheduling and maintaining accurate stock records.

The company recognised that as their products became more complex they required a more comprehensive sales order processing system. We worked with them to specify the requirements for the enhancement of their existing systems and project managed the modifications undertaken by their system supplier.
We have also developed a stand alone Estimating system that integrates with the sales order processing system. Accepted quotions can now be passed to the sales ordering system with minimal rekeying of information.
